About the Role:
We are looking for a Process Optimization Engineer to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across our textile operations. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, improving machinery performance, automating KPIs, and supporting cross-functional projects to ensure high-quality output and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain Health & Safety standards and good housekeeping.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and training.
- Develop, track, and improve KPIs such as efficiency, cycle times, cost per unit, and resource usage.
- Reduce machine and equipment downtime; enhance effectiveness and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with all departments to solve cross-functional challenges.
- Support IT initiatives to automate processes and improve system efficiency.
- Assist managers with complex projects, audits, new machine setups, and standardization of process times.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Textile Engineering
- 35 years in textile manufacturing (spinning/weaving/dyeing/finishing)
- Knowledge of textile production processes
- Machine troubleshooting and maintenance
- ERP reporting
- Lean / 5S methodologies
- Quality standards awareness (ISO, SOPs).
