Support the identification and definition of business excellence methodologies, frameworks, and best practices through literature reviews and benchmarking with peer airport holding companies to guide business excellence initiatives.
Assess Matarat's business and operational processes to identify areas of complexity, inefficiency, and improvement opportunities.
Assist in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives leveraging best practices and process optimization techniques.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and engagement to redesign processes, streamline workflows, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
Apply process improvement methodologies such as Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to drive continuous operational improvements.
Track, measure, and report the impact of process optimization initiatives to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and quality standards.
Assess organizational compliance against international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), coordinate corrective actions, monitor completion, and support accreditation efforts.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training programs to enhance organizational capabilities and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
5 to 6 years of relevant experience in business/process excellence, operational improvement, or quality management.
Strong knowledge of business excellence frameworks and methodologies.
Experience with airport certifications, awards, and operational standards is preferred.
Expertise in total quality management, benchmarking, and continuous process improvement.
Proven ability to apply operational excellence principles and lead process redesign initiatives.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with international quality standards and accreditation processes (ISO 9001 preferred).
