Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification and definition of business excellence methodologies, frameworks, and best practices through literature reviews and benchmarking with peer airport holding companies to guide business excellence initiatives.
  • Assess Matarat's business and operational processes to identify areas of complexity, inefficiency, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives leveraging best practices and process optimization techniques.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and engagement to redesign processes, streamline workflows, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • Apply process improvement methodologies such as Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to drive continuous operational improvements.
  • Track, measure, and report the impact of process optimization initiatives to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and quality standards.
  • Assess organizational compliance against international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), coordinate corrective actions, monitor completion, and support accreditation efforts.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training programs to enhance organizational capabilities and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in business/process excellence, operational improvement, or quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of business excellence frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience with airport certifications, awards, and operational standards is preferred.
  • Expertise in total quality management, benchmarking, and continuous process improvement.
  • Proven ability to apply operational excellence principles and lead process redesign initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with international quality standards and accreditation processes (ISO 9001 preferred).
