Job Description

Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Process/Project Engineer with a strong experience in pharma sector to support our projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Execution:
  • Support the end-to-end management and execution of pharma capital projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate daily project activities across multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Automation, CQV, Operations, and external vendors.
  • Track project milestones, manage action items, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.

  • Process & Validation Engineering:
  • Support the engineering, commissioning, and qualification (CQV) of process equipment and systems.
  • Conduct field verifications, construction walkdowns, line walks, and punch-list resolutions against P&IDs, PFDs, and specifications.
  • Assist in equipment setup, cycle optimization, process troubleshooting, and field testing for key process units.

  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Prepare, review, and execute engineering protocols, validation documentation, test scripts, and turnover packages.
  • Ensure all engineering and validation activities fully comply with cGMP, regulatory standards, and client guidelines.
  • Handle change controls, technical deviations, and root-cause investigations as required.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in process equipment validation and project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven track record in supporting pharma project delivery and field commissioning.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, validation principles, and pharma process equipment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
