Process Re-engineering Senior Specialist

Key Accountabilities

• Business Processes Design, Undertake the required initiatives in order to ensure that the design of the business processes is easy to understand, feasible in implementation and applicable across the Enjaz with the consensus of all stakeholders.
• Processes Streamlining, Streamline the processes whenever possible in order to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Process Effectiveness Analysis, elicit cooperation and support from key process owners in order to develop an approach for analyzing effectiveness of key processes.
• Continuous Improvement, stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of unit systems, processes and practices considering international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Assist in process documentation to prepare the procedures and policies that are requested from the related divisions.

EXPERIENCE

• Senior Specialist 2-3 years in relevant fields.

SKILLS

• Well Knowledge in financial Industry.
• High level of Arabic and English – written and oral
• Knowledge in BPM and BPR
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Competent knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law, SAMA and Commercial Laws
