Requirements
- Provide technical support for enterprise applications, cloud solutions, and production environments while ensuring system availability and performance
- Troubleshoot application, integration, infrastructure, and system-related issues while coordinating with development and DevOps teams for resolution and deployments
- Handle incidents, service requests, monitoring activities, system health checks, and support operations within defined SLA timelines
- Draft, structure, and maintain governance documents, SOPs, process frameworks, technical documentation, and knowledge base materials
- Maintain centralized repositories, audit trails, trackers, and governance records with proper version control and accessibility
- Coordinate with departments to roll out new processes, prepare training materials and guides, and monitor process adoption and adherence
- Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting operational performance, implementation progress, gaps, risks, and key insights for management
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in technical support, process coordination, application support, or related roles
- Good understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, middleware concepts, and cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows server environments, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems
- Strong documentation, reporting, and process management skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of scripting, DevOps concepts, and CI/CD pipelines is considered a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
