Job Summary: The Procure to Pay (P2P) Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end procure-to-pay process across multiple teams and locations. This role ensures that all procurement activities—from sourcing and purchasing to invoice processing and payment—are executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with company policies and strategic objectives. The P2P Leader will manage, mentor, and develop a team of Procure to Pay Officers, drive process improvements, and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance in the oil & gas services sector.

- nOversee the full procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring compliance with company standards, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- .Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- .Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery, cost savings, and process cycle times
.Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Managemen
- tSupport strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
- .Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring performance and compliance
- .Lead supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation activities

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other streams, Supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. OR Masters/MBA from ranked university in Egypt [ prferably AUC, GUC, AimShams, Cairo University, AAST - ]Master's degree or MBA preferre
- d.Certifications such as Certified International Supply Chain Professional (CISCP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are preferre
- d.5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership rol
- e.Proven experience managing teams and complex procurement processes in the oil & gas or similar industr
