Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to maximize cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Floating RFQs, obtaining quotes, completing commercial & technical evaluation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms.
  • Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and create purchase orders (POs) using ERP platforms.
  • Track orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Maintain supplier master data, item catalogs, updated pricing, and documentation archives.
  • Perform cost analyses, monitor spending, and seek opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and KPIs,

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Engineering Degree/Business Administration in Supply Chain.
  • 2–5 years experience in procurement within a luxury hotel, Engineering or Facility Management Procurement background
  • Proficiency in procurement and ERP software
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, multitasking, and communication skills; adaptable to multicultural settings.
  • Preferably certified (e.g., CIPS) and holding a UAE driving license is an advantage.
