Procurement & Local Content Lead

Role Purpose:

To lead strategic procurement and local content initiatives under the Strategic Supply Chain Manager, supporting cross-purchasing across SBUs, procurement master data governance, supplier development, framework agreements, local content compliance, and strategic sourcing to maximize group value.

Key Accountability:

1- Local Content Strategy Execution

Implement local content strategies to enhance IKTVA performance and national value creation

2-Supplier Localization & Development

Develop and qualify local suppliers to strengthen the supply chain ecosystem

3- Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

Ensure adherence to local content regulations and reporting requirements

4- Strategic Procurement & Cross Purchasing

Lead cross-purchasing initiatives, support framework agreements, strategic sourcing, procurement master data governance, and procurement process improvement.

5- Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with internal teams and external entities to support localization initiatives

6- Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor procurement and local content KPIs, prepare spend analysis, dashboards, and executive reports.

7- Vendor Performance Management

Manage supplier performance evaluations, approved vendor governance, supplier qualification, and continuous improvement.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or localization roles, with strong expertise in local content programs, supplier development, and regulatory compliance.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) are advantageous
