Experience

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in UAE, preferably with a large organisation in the construction or maintenance or facilities management industry working as Commercial Officer or Commercial Assistant or Buyer or Procurement Assistant or equivalent.

Facilities Management industry experience is highly desired, but not essential.

Extensive knowledge of construction or maintenance contractors and material suppliers in the UAE is required.

Computer literate with knowledge MS Office is a must.

Good command over the English Language.
