Role Description The Director role at Bahwan CyberTek is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Director will oversee strategic planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer outcomes. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and optimizing operational performance across assigned portfolios or verticals. The Director will collaborate with internal stakeholders and technology partners to design and implement scalable solutions, manage budgets and resources, and monitor project risks and compliance. This role also involves mentoring leadership teams, establishing performance metrics, and continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications

Strategic leadership and management skills, including experience in setting vision, defining roadmaps, and leading high-performing teams.
Strong background in digital transformation, with exposure to predictive analytics, digital experience, or digital supply chain solutions.
Proven capability in stakeholder management, client engagement, and partnership development, preferably with enterprise or Fortune 500 customers.
Experience in one or more relevant verticals such as Oil & Gas, Telecom, Power, Government, Banking, Retail, or SCM/Logistics.
Demonstrated expertise in program and project governance, including budgeting, risk management, compliance, and performance tracking.
Ability to collaborate with global technology vendors and internal technical teams to deliver complex, integrated solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to measuring outcomes and success.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in project/program management or digital technologies are beneficial.
