Role Description The Director at GrithX Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Islamabad. The Director will oversee strategic planning, business development, and operational performance across service lines such as web development, branding, digital marketing, and content creation. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting organizational goals, managing senior team members, allocating resources, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. The Director will cultivate client relationships, guide key accounts, and identify new market opportunities to drive growth. This role also includes establishing performance metrics, enhancing internal processes, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture aligned with the company's vision and values.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a digital agency, technology, or creative services environment, with the ability to oversee cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Strong strategic planning and business development skills, including market analysis, growth planning, and client relationship management.
Solid understanding of core service domains such as web development, branding, graphic design, digital marketing, and content creation, with the ability to guide and evaluate cross-disciplinary work.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational processes, focusing on quality assurance, timely delivery, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative leadership style and commitment to an inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace.
Relevant academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA) are an advantage.
Experience working with clients from diverse industries and geographies, and familiarity with contemporary digital tools, project management platforms, and performance metrics.
