Job Description

Job Purpose

Support the Procurement / Supply Management function by ensuring that all processes, documents, and activities meet internal policies, KPIs, and audit requirements. Act as the key coordination point between auditors and internal stakeholders. Maintain compliance dashboards, generate reports, and ensure smooth P2P/SP process governance.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Audit Support

  • Act as the main coordinator between internal/external auditors and the Procurement team.
  • Provide all required documents, evidence, reports, and process materials during audits.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders across all business units to ensure timely audit responses.
  • Support compliance checks to ensure all procurement processes meet internal KPIs and standards.

Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Generate and update reports through Excel and Tableau.
  • Maintain dashboards reflecting procurement KPIs, compliance status, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs.

Procurement Process Support

  • Understand endtoend procurement workflows (Requisitions POs Contracts Payment).
  • Support the team in ensuring processes are followed correctly and controls are met.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal procurement policies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business units, procurement teams, internal auditors, and external auditors.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with senior stakeholders (Director and VP).
  • Coordinate information flow smoothly across teams.

General Responsibilities

  • Ensure high attention to detail in documents, reports, and audit submissions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in compliance records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • Background in Procurement, Supply Chain, Audit Support, or Compliance.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Excel and Tableau is preferred.
  • Understanding of procurement lifecycles and KPIs.
  • Drafting and improving processes, guidelines, and contracts.
  • Experience in process reengineering and standardization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Procurement strategy, planning, and compliance management.
  • Contract and supplier performance management.
  • Supply market research and supplier analysis.
