About the Role

Suitable for dynamic professionals with 2-5 years of experience to join a fast-growing strategic procurement and supply chain consultancy based in Riyadh. As a Consultant, you will work on high-impact, data-driven projects across multiple sectors, including defense, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, industrial goods, and consumer products. This is a client-facing role that demands analytical rigor, cross-cultural collaboration, and the use of AI-enabled tools to optimize supply chains, improve operations, and advise on capital projects. You'll be part of an internationally networked team, leveraging established methodologies to deliver sustainable transformation and strategic impact across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to strategic procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives across various industries.
• Analyze spend data, supply chain structures, and operational models to identify areas for optimization.
• Design and implement practical, data-backed solutions for procurement transformation and operations improvement.
• Collaborate with client teams and international colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
• Support internal knowledge transfer, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders with clear insights and influence high-level decision-making.
• Contribute to business development efforts aligned with the firm's regional growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in consulting or business advisory with exposure to procurement, supply chain, or operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or other quantitative fields.

Required Skills

• Proven skills in data analytics, financial performance analysis, and strategic problem-solving.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Experience with AI-driven or digital procurement solutions is a strong advantage.
