Job Description

  • Spearhead the creation of compelling proposals, in-depth discussion documents, and authoritative points of view on various procurement topics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation's network to contribute to internal initiatives such as developing learning and development curriculums, digital assets, and more.
  • Take charge of crafting intellectual capital. This includes the creation of insightful articles, approach documents, and materials for conferences.
  • Demonstrate a robust comprehension of cutting-edge procurement technology platforms, emphasizing the ability to digitize and automate procurement processes effectively.
  • Exhibit a profound understanding of regional localization agendas, discerning their objectives and driving forces, while also identifying key enablers essential for success.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's or master's (preferred) degree
  • 4+ years of experience preferably as a Management Consultant
  • Experience in managing proposal writing efforts, participating in pitches for consulting work
  • Have managed at least one major workstream of the business design and/or implementation oversight
  • Passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues
  • Functional expertise in Supply Chain or Procurement
  • Fluent in English and multilingual Arabic speaker preferred
  • The ability and willingness to travel (approx. 60-70%) within the Middle East and worldwide where the project dictates
