Procurement & Contract Management Manager - Temporary Infrastructure
Location: Saudi Arabia
Duration: June 1 2026 to March 1, 2027


Role Overview
We are looking for a Procurement & Contract Management Manager to support the delivery of temporary infrastructure for a large-scale international football tournament. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, contract administration, and vendor performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of all temporary infrastructure packages.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead procurement activities for temporary infrastructure packages (overlay, utilities, structures, equipment, etc.)

  • Manage the full procurement cycle including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and award

  • Prepare and review RFQs, RFPs, and tender documentation in line with project requirements

  • Oversee contract drafting, administration, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle

  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and finance teams to align procurement strategies with project needs

  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs

  • Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with internal policies and governance standards

  • Track procurement timelines and ensure delivery milestones are met

  • Support cost control, budget tracking, and value engineering initiatives

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to procurement and contracts


Requirements



  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in procurement and contract management, preferably within events, construction, or infrastructure projects

  • Strong experience handling large-scale procurement packages and multiple vendors

  • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration

  • Familiarity with temporary infrastructure, overlay, or event-related procurement is a strong advantage

  • Good understanding of commercial terms, cost structures, and supplier management

  • Experience working in fast-paced, large-scale project environments

  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
