Experience: Min. 4-5 years in Procurement
Role Description :
This Position is responsible for purchasing materials as directed & reconciles with purchase orders to get the best price and quality for purchases. As well as ensuring our company is getting the best deals, & developing good relationships with suppliers so everything runs smoothly.
SECTION II: JOB SUMMARY
1. Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties as per direction.
2. Follow up with suppliers for deliveries and ensure material is available at right time.
3. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
4. Handling and monitoring of claims to vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.
5. Assist procurement officer in complete procurement cycle ie Receiving PRs , Sending Enquiries to suitable vendors , formulate comparison sheet , Process PO upon receiving due approvals , Verifying the invoices and timely submission of invoices to Accounts department.
6. To process detailed PO highlighting all the term and conditions related to the PO, complete specifications of ordered material in order to avoid any issue during supply.
7. Assist procurement officer in Negotiation cycle and inventory management.
8. Invoice Booking and submission to accounts.
9. To Liaison with originators/End-Users for technical evaluation of offers.
10. Other additional assignments as entrusted.
