Procurement Coordinator- UAE National Only

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support the day-to-day procurement operations for our heavy equipment business across the UAE.

This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals only.

Responsibilities:

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and confirm delivery timelines
• Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring supplier documentation (trade licenses, certifications) remains current
• Track purchase orders from issuance through delivery, following up on outstanding or delayed shipments
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to verify goods receipt and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and pricing agreements
• Support cost-saving initiatives by comparing supplier quotes and identifying value-for-money options
• Assist in preparing procurement reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance summaries
