Procurement Engineer - Civil

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer – Civil to manage the sourcing and procurement of civil construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted works. The role ensures timely procurement, cost control, and compliance with project specifications and company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8 years of procurement experience in civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of civil materials (concrete, steel, rebar, formwork, finishes, etc.)
• Experience in subcontract procurement and contract administration
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP procurement systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with local construction suppliers and market rates
