Procurement Engineer-Civil

Role Description The Procurement Engineer–Civil will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle for civil works and related materials for PCP projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Heliopolis and involves sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to meet project specifications, cost targets, and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience from3 to 5 years in procurement or supply chain within construction, fit-out, or similar project-based environments.
• Proven ability in supplier evaluation and assessment, including technical and commercial comparison of offers.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong analytical skills to compare prices, evaluate alternatives, and support cost optimization decisions.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and to document procurement activities clearly.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight project deadlines with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
