Role Description The Procurement Engineer–Civil will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle for civil works and related materials for PCP projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Heliopolis and involves sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to meet project specifications, cost targets, and schedule requirements.
