MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.

We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

  • Smart energy meters
  • Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)
  • LV & MV instrument transformers
  • LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)
  • Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)
  • FRP meter boxes & feeder pillars

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full procurement cycle from purchase requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for MV, LV, and transformer products.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and follow up on pending orders.
  • Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure products meet project and SEC requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and finance) to ensure correct product selection and accurate costing.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, SEC standards, and local regulations.
  • Maintain supplier databases, track supplier performance, and resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Participate in vendor registration and approval processes with SEC.
  • Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement based on project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Saudi National (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 25 years of experience in procurement of electrical products.
  • Strong understanding of SEC procurement standards, approvals, and technical requirements.
  • Experience managing the full procurement process from request to delivery.
  • Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.
