Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full procurement cycle from purchase requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for MV, LV, and transformer products.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and follow up on pending orders.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure products meet project and SEC requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and finance) to ensure correct product selection and accurate costing.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, SEC standards, and local regulations.
- Maintain supplier databases, track supplier performance, and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Participate in vendor registration and approval processes with SEC.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement based on project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Saudi National (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 25 years of experience in procurement of electrical products.
- Strong understanding of SEC procurement standards, approvals, and technical requirements.
- Experience managing the full procurement process from request to delivery.
- Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, specifications, and BOQs.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.
