Job Description

A leading organization is seeking a Procurement Executive to support and optimize supplier management and contract administration activities across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding, due diligence, compliance verification, and supplier data administration.
Oversee contract administration activities, including contract requests, approvals, execution tracking, amendments, renewals, obligations, and reporting.
Maintain supplier and contract records, ensuring governance, compliance, and process adherence.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support supplier selection, contract implementation, and supplier performance management activities.
Develop and enhance procedures, templates, controls, and reporting mechanisms related to supplier and contract management.
Coordinate governance reviews and support sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and procurement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline.
5-8 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, contract administration, or related fields.
Strong experience in contract drafting, tender management, and indirect procurement.
Hands-on experience with e-procurement platforms
Solid understanding of supplier lifecycle management, contract governance, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
