Job Title: Procurement Functional Lead Oracle Fusion
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Purpose
Own the functional design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Procurement processes, ensuring compliant, efficient, and value-driven sourcing and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
Job Description
Process Ownership & Design
- Own functional accountability for Oracle Fusion Procurement modules including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, iSupplier, and Supplier Qualification.
- Design and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes aligned with corporate policies and delegation of authority.
- Ensure seamless integration with Finance modules such as Accounts Payable, accruals, and accounting.
Delivery & Enhancements
- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and preparation of functional design documentation.
- Oversee system configuration, enhancements, and extensions delivered by technical teams.
- Lead functional testing, coordinate UAT activities, and support go-live readiness.
Operational Excellence
- Act as the functional escalation point for procurement-related incidents and system defects.
- Improve procurement efficiency by reducing cycle times, manual interventions, and control gaps through process optimization.
- Support supplier onboarding, catalog management, and compliance initiatives.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Procurement leadership, Legal, and Finance stakeholders.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and enforcement of procurement policies.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP systems.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement.
- Strong experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and integrations.
- Strong business analysis capabilities including requirements gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.
- Experience leading functional testing and UAT coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in the Middle East region is preferred.
- Knowledge of OTBI reporting is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
