ENPI Group is a Dubai-based packaging and manufacturing group and part of the Saudi Packaging and Printing Company (SPPC). We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities supporting our flexible-packaging operations in the UAE and GCC.

Role Summary

The Procurement Manager will manage the end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables and related services. The role requires strong knowledge of flexible-packaging materials, an established GCC supplier network and proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost optimization and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for flexible-packaging raw materials and production requirements.
• Source materials including BOPP, CPP, PET/BOPET, PVC, shrink sleeves, laminates, adhesives and solvents.
• Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers across the UAE, GCC and international markets.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, lead times and supply agreements.
• Monitor commodity prices and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain an uninterrupted supply of materials while optimizing inventory levels and working capital.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales teams.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery and service.
• Manage import procurement, shipping documentation, Incoterms and supplier-related logistics.
• Support supplier audits, quality requirements and corrective-action plans.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost-saving analyses, supplier evaluations and performance KPIs.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of relevant procurement experience, including substantial experience in flexible packaging, plastic films or packaging manufacturing.
• Strong procurement experience in the UAE is mandatory.
• Proven sourcing and supplier-management experience across GCC markets is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of flexible-packaging raw materials and production requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor development and cost optimization.
• Experience managing local and international suppliers, imports and long-lead materials.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.
• CIPS, CPSM or a similar procurement qualification would be an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic would be an advantage.

Mandatory Screening Criteria

Candidates must have:

• Current UAE-based experience.
• Proven GCC procurement and supplier exposure.
• Direct experience in flexible packaging or packaging manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of flexible-packaging raw materials.
• Managerial-level procurement experience.
