Procurement plays a critical role in this journey by ensuring quality, cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and smooth supply chain operations across all business units.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage procurement activities across Bayt AlTawabel.

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, supplier onboarding, category planning, and procurement performance tracking. The role covers food, beverage, packaging, operating supplies, and indirect procurement categories.

This position requires someone with strong commercial judgment, supplier negotiation experience, cost-control mindset, and the ability to work closely with culinary, operations, finance, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement activities across all major categories
  • Manage sourcing, tendering, and supplier selection processes
  • Prepare and manage RFQ/RFP processes for key procurement needs
  • Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service levels
  • Build and maintain an approved supplier list
  • Evaluate supplier performance, reliability, quality, and compliance
  • Coordinate with culinary and operations teams on product specifications and quality standards
  • Support cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality
  • Track procurement KPIs, supplier performance, and budget savings
  • Ensure procurement processes are properly documented and aligned with company policies
  • Support the development of scalable procurement systems and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years of procurement experience
  • Strong experience in F&B, FMCG, hospitality, or food supply chain procurement
  • Experience in category management, supplier negotiation, and contract management
  • Strong understanding of RFQ/RFP processes and supplier qualification
  • Good knowledge of cost analysis, budgeting, and procurement reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-department environment
  • CPSM or CIPS certification is a plus
  • Saudi market supplier knowledge is strongly preferred
