Procurement Manager Flexible Packaging

As Procurement Manager, you will own the end-to-end procurement function for a broad portfolio of flexible packaging materials, including BOPP, CPP, PET and PE films, aluminium foil, resins, inks, adhesives, and solvents. You will build and develop a high-performing procurement team while forging strategic relationships with both regional and international suppliers to ensure uninterrupted material supply at optimal cost and quality.

Lead and manage the procurement team, including hiring, performance reviews, and professional development of direct reports

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for flexible packaging materials such as BOPP, CPP, PET, PE films, aluminium foil, resins, inks, adhesives, and solvents

Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to secure competitive pricing, favourable terms, and reliable supply continuity

Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and international suppliers, conducting regular supplier evaluations and development initiatives

Partner with production, planning, and quality teams to align procurement activities with operational requirements and quality standards

Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities without compromising material quality or supply reliability

Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply risks to proactively mitigate disruptions and inform procurement strategy

• GCC market procurement experience
• Saudi Arabia market knowledge and established supplier network
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Arabic
