We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, sourcing, and procuring HVAC spare parts, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet the sales targets and demands of the market. This role requires analytical thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the HVAC industry.
Designation: Procurement Manager (HVAC)
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Planning: Analyze historical sales data, weather patterns, and market trends to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring the best terms and conditions for procurement contracts.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock efficiently, and implement strategies to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
Cost Management: Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings and meet budgetary constraints.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Purchase Targets: Meet purchase targets provided by manufacturers, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, inventory status, and supplier performance for management review.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in procurement and inventory management to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Salary: AED 10,000/-per month + Medical insurance+ annual air ticket

Experience: 5-8 years in similar field
Qualification: Graduate
Job Location: Deira Dubai
Office working days: Monday-Saturday
Office Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
