Procurement Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement Manager to manage and oversee purchasing activities, ensuring the timely availability of materials, products, and services at the best quality and cost while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily procurement activities based on business requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Prepare and issue purchase requests and purchase orders.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Monitor deliveries and ensure orders are received on time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Maintain and update supplier, pricing, and product databases.
- Review and match invoices with purchase orders and delivery records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Prepare regular procurement reports covering purchasing activities, costs, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and approved budgets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, supplier management, and negotiation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
