Procurement Manager (MEP & Fitout Construction)
Position: Procurement Manager – MEP & Fitout Construction
Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years
Nationality Preference: Lebanese
Industry: Construction / Interior Fitout / MEP
Location: Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for MEP and Fitout construction projects.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services within project budgets.
- Develop strong vendor relationships and maintain supplier performance standards.
- Coordinate with project, estimation, and engineering teams for procurement planning.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and contract documentation.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and material availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement within MEP & Fitout construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
- Lebanese nationality preferred.
