The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the purchasing strategy. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Procurement Strategies:
• Create and implement procurement policies and strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends and analyze pricing to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Supplier Sourcing & Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Conduct supplier performance assessments and negotiate contracts.
• Cost & Budget Management:
• Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost savings.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to obtain the best deals for the company.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assess and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery.
• Work with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
• Data & Reporting:
• Prepare and present procurement reports and cost analyses.
• Use data to track procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager within the Real Estate sector.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
