Job Description: Procurement Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Role Overview
The Procurement Manager Sales & Marketing will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of all marketing, branding, and sales-related requirements. The role ensures cost efficiency, quality delivery, and alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of marketing and sales-related services, including advertising agencies, digital marketing vendors, media buying, event management, and branding suppliers
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to understand campaign needs and timelines
- Lead RFQs/RFPs, vendor negotiations, and contract finalization
- Develop and implement category sourcing strategies for marketing procurement
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and agencies
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Monitor and control marketing budgets and procurement spend
- Manage contracts, SLAs, and vendor performance
- Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 812 years of experience in procurement, with exposure to marketing and sales categories
- Experience in real estate, construction, or FMCG sectors preferred
- Strong knowledge of vendor management and contract negotiation
- Experience handling marketing campaigns, media buying, and branding procurement
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
- UAE experience is preferred
