Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and manage the company's procurement activities, ensuring the efficient acquisition of materials, equipment, services, and subcontractors with the required quality and cost-effectiveness. The role plays a key part in supporting the successful delivery of company projects while contributing to the achievement of operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilitie

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and operational plans
Manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, machinery, and services required for projects and corporate operations
Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors while evaluating their performance on a regular basis
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements to achieve the best value for the company
Analyze project requirements and coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, and Cost Control teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery
Oversee supplier and subcontractor prequalification, evaluation, and approval processes
Monitor procurement KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Track market trends and material pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic purchasing decisions
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations throughout all procurement activities
Manage inventory levels in coordination with relevant departments to ensure material availability while minimizing waste
Prepare periodic procurement reports and provide recommendations to senior management
Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to enhance performance and productivity
Participate in budget preparation, procurement planning, and sourcing strategies for current and future projects

Requiremen

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related fiel
Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial rol
Proven experience in the construction industry, particularly in roads, infrastructure, or building project
Strong knowledge of contract management, supply chain operations, and supplier prequalification processe
Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement management softwar
Strong leadership and team management skill
Advanced negotiation skills with the ability to manage suppliers and contracts effectivel
