Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and manage the company's procurement activities, ensuring the efficient acquisition of materials, equipment, services, and subcontractors with the required quality and cost-effectiveness. The role plays a key part in supporting the successful delivery of company projects while contributing to the achievement of operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and operational plans
  • Manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, machinery, and services required for projects and corporate operations
  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors while evaluating their performance on a regular basis
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements to achieve the best value for the company
  • Analyze project requirements and coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, and Cost Control teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery
  • Oversee supplier and subcontractor prequalification, evaluation, and approval processes
  • Monitor procurement KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Track market trends and material pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic purchasing decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations throughout all procurement activities
  • Manage inventory levels in coordination with relevant departments to ensure material availability while minimizing waste
  • Prepare periodic procurement reports and provide recommendations to senior management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to enhance performance and productivity
  • Participate in budget preparation, procurement planning, and sourcing strategies for current and future projects

Requiremen

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related fiel
  • Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial rol
  • Proven experience in the construction industry, particularly in roads, infrastructure, or building project
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, supply chain operations, and supplier prequalification processe
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement management softwar
  • Strong leadership and team management skill
  • Advanced negotiation skills with the ability to manage suppliers and contracts effectivel
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilitie
