Develop and implement the Procurement Plan in line with project schedule, scope, and budget.
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and subcontractors for telecom and infrastructure materials and services.
Prepare and issue RFQs, tenders, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Review vendor proposals, technical specifications, and commercial terms for materials and equipment.
Negotiate contracts, prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning teams to ensure material readiness for site activities.
Monitor vendor performance, lead times, and deliveries, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, legal requirements, and quality standards.
Manage procurement documentation, including POs, contracts, material submittals, and expediting reports.
Support cost control activities and report procurement status to Project Management.
Mitigate procurement risks by identifying alternatives and backup suppliers.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for storage, handling, and timely dispatch of materials.
