Requirements:
- Minimum 56 years of procurement experience in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of the local supplier network
- Proven expertise in negotiation and vendor management
- Ability to manage procurement operations independently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
