We Are Hiring: Procurement Manager High-End Luxury Fit-Out
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead all strategic and operational procurement activities within our clients high end luxury fit-out business. This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent supplier management capabilities, and the ability to deliver value while maintaining the highest standards of quality and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project and business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end procurement: category management, sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract awards.
- Deliver measurable cost efficiencies while upholding premium quality and service standards.
- Implement supplier performance frameworks, risk management, and approved vendor lists tailored to luxury fit-out projects.
- Ensure contractors and suppliers meet quality, delivery, sustainability, and ESG requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project, commercial, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a procurement team of 5+, ensuring adherence to governance and regulatory standards.
- Support business development through tender reviews and procurement insight.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement functions.
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years experience in procurement, ideally within high-end fit-out, interiors, or construction.
- Strong leadership capability with a proven record in strategic procurement management.
- Expertise in negotiation, contract management, category-based sourcing, and spend analysis.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and international contracting standards.
- Experience working with ERP/procurement systems and analytics tools.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS/MCIPS are advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
