Procurement Officer

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is recruiting aProcurement Officer to join our team for an exciting and challenging Roads, Bridges and Utilities Project, specifically focusing on the RTA Project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience with RTA standards and procurement processes.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in related filed
• Strong knowledge of contract management and supply chain processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and procurement management software.
