Hiring | Officer Procurement & Contracts (FM Category)
What You'll Do
You will support the end-to-end procurement and contracting process for FM services such as hard services, soft services, and specialist maintenance, including:
- Reviewing purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assisting in sourcing, tendering, and contract award processes
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and service providers
- Supporting contract administration, variations, and renewals
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving operational issues
- Ensuring all activities follow company policies, governance, and audit requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, contracts, or FM operations
- Exposure to Facilities Management (hard/soft services, maintenance, or operations) is highly preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion) and procurement workflows is an advantage
