Procurement Officer

Job Description

Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for landscaping and infrastructure works (softscape, hardscape, irrigation, utilities, external works).

Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

Analyse tender documents, identify scope gaps, and prepare clarifications.

SupportProcurement department to prepare RFQ

Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Coordinate with project and procurement teams on commercial matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying / civil engineering

5 years experience in landscaping and infrastructure projects.

UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Strong understanding of landscaping and infrastructure scopes.

Proficient in estimation, measurement, and preparing rate breakdown

Advanced Excel and BOQ preparation skills.

Strong analytical, communication skills
