Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end procurement process for automation products, smart meters, and related materials.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with both local and international suppliers to achieve the best value, quality, and delivery terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and strategic partners.
- Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and product quality.
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement and project support.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
- Ensure inventory levels are optimized to support business operations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in the automation, electrical, instrumentation, or smart metering industry.
- Strong experience working with both local and international suppliers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Good understanding of import/export procedures and international procurement practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
