Procurement & Sourcing Manager – FMCG

Job Purpose

Responsible for developing and executing procurement and sourcing strategies, managing local and international suppliers, optimizing costs, and ensuring timely product availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.


• 
  Source and manage reliable local and international suppliers.
  


• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and commercial agreements.


• Manage the complete procurement cycle from sourcing to product availability.


• 
  Lead international sourcing, imports, and supplier coordination with logistics.
  


• Monitor market trends, product costs, margins, and sourcing opportunities.


• 
  Develop and manage private-label products with Product, Marketing, and Quality teams.
  


• Develop alternative suppliers to reduce supply and business risks.


• Monitor supplier performance, quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.


• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Inventory, and Finance teams.


• Support inventory planning to minimize overstock and stock-outs.


• Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and management recommendations.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
  


• 
  5–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in FMCG/Chocolate.
  


• Strong local and international supplier network and sourcing experience.


• 
  Proven experience in international sourcing and imports.
  


• Strong negotiation, cost optimization, and commercial skills.


• Private-label/product development experience is highly preferred.


• Good English communication skills.


• 
  Strong Excel and SAP B1/ERP knowledge.
