This [Procurement Inquiry Engineer] is in CPECC ME Branch Proposal Department.
Responsibilities:
- To request for quotation about bidding projects.
- Setup and optimize work standards and procedure of procurement proposal.
- Keep good relationship and long term cooperation with major suppliers.
- Take part in the evaluation activities of technical proposal and commercial proposal.
- Report to immediate boss phase by phase.
- Coordinate information related to materials among depts.
- Complete the corresponding managing work on quality elements and HSE elements.
- Database setup and maintenance.
Qualifications:
More than 8 years relevant working experience.
Be good at English and familiar with office software and etc.
