Procurement Specialist

We are looking for Procurement Specialists to support infrastructure and road projects.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of procurement experience in construction, infrastructure, or road projects.

Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers (contracts, negotiations, delivery follow-up).

Familiarity with materials such as asphalt, ready-mix concrete, sand, rebar, water pipes, valves, and site equipment.

Strong negotiation, communication, and reporting skills. Experience using ERP or procurement systems.

International certifications such as CCMP, CIPM, CIPP are a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and managing subcontractor contracts.

Handling suppliers from pricing, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders up to final delivery at project sites.

Preparing weekly and monthly procurement reports.

Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely material availability.

Evaluating supplier performance and ensuring compliance with company standards.
