Job Description
- Lead sourcing activities across raw materials, services, spare parts, and other categories
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business needs
- Manage the full procurement cycle including RFQs, evaluations, negotiations, and PO issuance
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships to improve service, cost and performance
- Lead contract drafting, review, negotiation and lifecycle management
- Drive cost optimization, spend analysis and risk mitigation initiatives across MEA
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field
- 5 to 10 years of procurement experience with strong exposure to strategic sourcing
- Experience in the chemical or polymer manufacturing industry
- Experience managing both direct and indirect procurement categories
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of cost savings, supplier management and ERP system usage
