Company Description:
Shrimp Nation is growing Food & Beverage company located in Jeddah operating multiple restaurant branches across the Kingdom, and we are looking for a Procurement Specialist who can build, manage, and strengthen relationships with our suppliers and vendors while ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across our operations.
Key Responsibilities - Including but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services aligned with company needs
- Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and contract compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and optimize purchasing plans
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Requirements
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field
- Solid knowledge of the F&B market
- An established network of suppliers and vendors is highly preferred
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience in dealing directly with suppliers and vendors is essential
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools
