Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

:We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to support sourcing and purchasing activities for our projects across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers, managing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regional regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project needs
• Identify and qualify vendors, negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
• Monitor procurement KPIs and report on supplier performance
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
• Work closely with internal teams (logistics, finance, engineering) to align procurement with project timelines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience in large-scale projects, preferably in the energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors
• Strong knowledge of international procurement practices
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred
• Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus (for Algeria/Egypt
