Role Purpose
Own end-to-end execution of procurement transformation initiatives while acting as the single point of accountability for procurement compliance and audit readiness.
This role ensures that what is designed is implemented, adopted, and controlled, preventing value leakage, audit findings, and transformation fatigue.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Transformation Execution
- Execute procurement transformation initiatives
- Lead rollout of procurement processes and policies
- Drive structured change management and adoption
- Conduct business readiness and go-live assessments
- Track adoption, resolve execution issues, and escalate risks
- Coordinate and deliver training programs and awareness sessions
- Document SOPs and standards
Procurement Compliance & Assurance
- Perform proactive compliance reviews of procurement processes and systems
- Identify gaps related to policy, DoA, SOPs, and system controls
- Track corrective actions and verify effectiveness of closures
- Audit findings root-cause analysis

Experience Requirements
- 810 years experience in procurement
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or complex group environments preferred
- Strong understanding of DoA, procurement policies, and internal controls
- Hands-on experience with procurement systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Direct experience managing procurement audits and compliance remediation
- PMO background is a strong advantage
