Near Platforms, a fast-growing startup in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry, is looking for ambitious and creative minds to join our Marketing Department as Marketing Interns. This program is built for students and recent graduates who want to learn how marketing works in a data-driven, tech-focused, and fast-paced environment where creativity meets analytics and innovation drives every decision.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage support tickets across all stages, including internal team requests and post-sales customer support, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Monitor, track, and document ticket status, escalations, and resolutions using the company's ticketing system.
- Conduct product testing for new features, updates, and releases to ensure functionality, usability, and quality.
- Identify, document, and report product issues, bugs, and enhancement opportunities clearly to the technical and product teams.
- Provide technical support for device management, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of company devices.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes related to technical access and devices when required.
- Maintain alignment with the technical and engineering teams to ensure accurate issue diagnosis, smooth handovers, and effective resolution.
- Support cross-functional communication between business, sales, and technical teams to improve product performance and customer experience.
- Contribute to improving support workflows, documentation, and internal knowledge bases.
We are Looking For:
- A recent graduate or senior student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in product support, technical troubleshooting, and SaaS platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, document findings, and suggest improvements.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable using ticketing systems, productivity tools, and basic technical platforms, with a strong willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of device management, software systems, or IT support concepts is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
