Job Description

Responsibilities:
Help develop and execute global integrated communications for product including GTMs and campaigns, and in support of Binance's broader product strategy and business objectives
Position Binance and Binance products as leaders in their respective product categories through media opportunities
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure product messaging and campaign strategy and execution are aligned
Support and troubleshoot product related issues, contain, deescalate and resolve public and user concerns.
