Job Summary
As the Product Delivery Senior Manager, you will lead demand management and drive the annual digital transformation roadmap alongside CAPEX planning to ensure alignment with Miral's strategic objectives. This pivotal role governs the Business Analysis function, ensuring business and technology demands are captured, assessed, and transformed into business value with clear prioritization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, DTD teams, and the PMO to refine requirements, navigate dependencies, and deliver initiatives while managing and mentoring the Business Analyst team. Your expertise will ensure the rigorous assessment of requests, controlled transition into delivery pipelines, and high-quality governance across the function.
Responsibilities
Product Delivery & Roadmap Management
- Define and maintain the DTD roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategy, goals, and investment plans while facilitating a structured planning cycle that consolidates business initiatives, technical upscaling, and validated requirements.
- Lead roadmap development with clear problem statements, business outcomes, cost estimates, dependencies, and success criteria—ensuring buy-in across stakeholders before commitments.
- Drive CAPEX/OPEX estimation by gathering vendor, BA, PM, QA, architecture, and security inputs, while prioritizing initiatives based on value, urgency, and delivery feasibility.
- Advise executives on roadmap trade-offs, presenting insights on costs, risks, resource needs, constraints, and strategic benefits to secure informed decisions.
- Translate roadmap activities into viable delivery pipeline projects with discounts, market research, RFIs, and options assessments as required.
- Collaborate with business owners, product owners, technical architects, and vendors to ensure a seamless transition into operational execution.
Demand Management
- Oversee the robust demand-management process as a governance hub for business and technology requests, ensuring prioritization aligns with capacity, funding, value, timeframes, and stakeholder expectations.
- Evaluate submissions to classify needs as projects, ideation, roadmap items, service/backlog updates, or closures based on feasibility, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Lead demand triage discussions, coordinating feasibility assessments with technical teams to outline scope, delivery routes, resource requirements, risks, and budget impacts.
- Chair bi-weekly forums to review active demands, track status, resolve obstacles, and drive decision-making while maintaining crystal-clear communication with business stakeholders.
- Publish demand reports on aging, ownership, pending actions, budget status, and decisions, while empowering stakeholders to adopt formal governance platforms.
- Optimize demand workflows within PPM systems—enhancing process mapping, data quality, and migration routes from demand intake to project execution.
Business Analysis Function
- Direct the BA team's allocation, capacity planning, and training to ensure optimal support for roadmap and delivery initiatives, scoping work based on priority, complexity, and domain expertise.
- Monitor BA contributions—reviewing BRDs and other artifacts for business value, technical integrity, scope, and dependency clarity to ensure quality alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct formal approvals for BRDs via DocuSign or equivalent, ensuring seamless handover of validated requirements, assumptions, and deliverables to project and technical teams.
- Resolve conflicts, capacity gaps, and blockers during daily BA stand-ups, while cultivating expansion through recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
- Enhance BA methods by refining templates, trackers, repositories, and process standards, fostering consistent requirements practices across the organization.
- Represent BAs on delivery pipelines, ensuring the team meets deadlines, funding mandates, and delivers ongoing value throughout initiatives.
Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Deliver clear reporting on demand, roadmap progress, CAPEX, BA capacity, BRD status, risks, and dependencies, tailored for executive leadership and operation teams.
- Lead strategic forums on demand, roadmap, and BA governance, fostering alignment, open communication, and data-driven decision-making.
- Nurture stakeholder relationships with business sponsors, DTD, PMO, Finance, Procurement, and architecture teams, presenting options, risks, and trade-offs to advance initiatives.
- Ensure audit trails of approvals, estimates, requirements, and decisions, maintaining records via approved repositories for compliance and transparency.
- Provide process and best-practice guidance to business and vendor teams on demand intake, roadmap alignment, and requirements articulation.
- Continuously optimize role-related frameworks, integrating automation, governance enhancements, and adaptive reporting mechanisms to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
Essential
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related fields.
- 8–10 years of experience in digital/technology delivery, demand or portfolio management, product lifecycle oversight, business analysis, consulting, or change management.
- 5+ years leading stakeholder engagement at director/executive levels, balancing complex priorities and competing interests.
- Proven track record in requirements capture, process refinement, and development of functional/non-functional requirements tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Experience steering roadmaps, demand management, or investment planning—with a demonstrated ability to coordinate estimates and financial tracking.
- Direct leadership of BA teams, including coaching, capacity allocation, quality assurance, and project alignment.
- Hands-on exposure to waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies—a flexible mindset to meet evolving project demands.
- Advanced business analysis, roadmap cherry-picking, and prioritization skills aligned to strategic goals and financial constraints.
- Proficiency in CAPEX/OPEX planning, estimation, business case rationale, and resource costing—including data-privacy and cybersecurity impact analysis.
- Impactful written and verbal communicator—able to clarify technical judgments for non-technical audiences with clarity and conviction.
- Sharp analytical problem-solver with a detail-oriented, cross-functional perspective and a can-do facilitator/negotiator.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and 365 tools pertaining to workflows, collaboration, and reporting; working knowledge of Jira or PPM platforms preferred.
- Technical fluency in architecture, data, integration risks, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operational constraints.
- To liaise independently between leadership, teams, and vendors while maintaining governance and data integrity standards.
