About This Role

Design beautiful, intuitive experiences that help people preserve their most precious memories with empathy and care. Shape the future of how families interact with their digital legacy.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams throughout development
Develop and maintain our design system and component library
Design for accessibility and inclusive user experiences
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

3+ years of product design experience, preferably in consumer apps
Expert proficiency in Figma and design systems
Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web design work
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
Understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines
Ability to think empathetically about sensitive user journeys
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working in agile development environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for emotional or sensitive content
Background in psychology, human-computer interaction, or related field
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS)
