Job Purpose
You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team, working side-by-side with Product Managers and Engineers across all steps of the discovery and solution development process for Instabug's dashboard and SDK..
Job Responsibilities
Design Instabug's products (Web Dashboard and Mobile SDKs)
Drive strong product design processes and best practices
Work through design problems from beginning to end, translating insights from research and analytics into concepts that are disruptive for new products and features, and designing the detailed workflows and interactions required to make them a reality
Own the design process and all the moving pieces within it: research, UX, UI design, etc.
Collaborate with the design team to continuously improve and maintain Instabug design systems and raise the quality bar of the designs
Experienced in testing design options ongoing with users via short iterations
Partner with product managers to define and solve product problems
Be a team player, share knowledge and best practices with our design and product teams
Identify opportunities for you and your teams based on insights, feedback, and business goals
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in designing web and mobile applications
Provide equal competency in both UI and UX design
Good knowledge of user experience best practices
Good understanding of information architecture
Good visual design skills and can create a class-leading design
Experience with Quantitative and Qualitative research methods
Strong understanding of visual design and attention to detail
Strong Problem-solving skills
Conceive, sketch, and pitch original ideas to peers and business owners
Deliver handoff specifications and support implementation and collaborate with developers for high-quality implementation
Good experience with Figma and creating prototypes is a must
Good experience with building design systems is a plus.
